The role;

We are looking for an experienced Senior Account Director to step up into a Group Client Director role to lead the agency’s growing client portfolio and be the driving force of the entire project lifecycle across our full corporate affairs offering. This Group Client Director is curious and analytical and will have experience working in a communications or marketing agency so will be able to work with ease to closely support our senior team and talented specialists on complex clients and projects, playing a key role in supporting client growth and building our reputation as a leading corporate affairs agency.

Working across multiple client projects across the agency, you’ll create and lead successful long-term partnerships with the team, prospective, new and existing clients. Always with one eye beyond the immediate project, you’re a strategic and creative thinker looking for ways to build and nurture relationships. You’ll confidently provide strategic counsel to senior clients and provide valuable points of view that genuinely have a positive impact on our clients and the team.

Responsible for;

  • Client strategy: Support Principal Consultants by establishing best practice right from the start, ensure high quality project management and client servicing is applied to every project for its duration to ensure Reputation delivers what the client needs every time.
  • Client service: Work closely with Principals and project leads to build strong and lasting client relationships and ensure each client always receives the highest quality service and support, and that each project team consistently produces work to a high standard.
  • Quality output: Ensure Reputation’s client strategy and management processes are followed and delivered to the highest standard.
  • Project finances: Manage client project financials, including generating estimates, job creation, liaison with our accounts team to ensure client billing is in line with contractual obligations and project profitability.
  • Business strategy and innovation: Understand, support, and proactively promote Bastion Reputation’s philosophy, values, and business strategy.
  • Team player: Lead and mentor more junior staff while working effectively with senior management, embracing the small team culture and working as part of a high performing team.

Key deliverables

  • Drive the client strategy approach across the entire client portfolio
  • Provide guidance and support to Principal Consultants
  • Lead project management in line with established client strategy process
  • Lead internal and client-facing project meetings
  • Work with Head of Operations to ensure operational efficiency
  • Oversee budgets and deadlines across a wide range of accounts
  • Contribute compelling, strategic, and creative ideas and advice
  • Support Principal Consultants to drive business development opportunities
