An insights expert with over 20 years’ industry experience, Steven Howlett was most recently Executive Director of Commercial Excellence at Kantar, global leading data, insights and consulting agency. Prior to this, he was Partner at Hall & Partners, a global brand consulting agency. Steven has successfully grown insights businesses and has a wealth of experience across commercial and government sectors.
