Melissa is a B2B digital platform developer that provides data and identity integrity tools, focused on address verification, to help companies improve their shipping fulfillment efforts and maximize customer experience.

Seeking to improve their online engagement activity, we created, developed and introduced the character “Addy”, a smart, to the point online guide, who identifies the challenges you face when it comes to data integrity, and shows you a path to Melissa’s helpful solutions.

We launched Addy with a series of short digital videos, social media posts and digital OLA. On the back end, in collaboration with Melissa’s in-house staff, we created an e-book that laid out the various data integrity solutions in detail.

Results
Within the first month, the “Addy” video campaign delivered:
– 58% increase in click-through-rate (CTR)
– 71% increase in views to completion
– 28% decrease in cost per lead, with over 100 leads influenced in the first month.
