Last year, we were briefed by our client Epic Games to create an experiential activation to celebrate Fortnite LEGO: a new entrant to the Fortnite universe. We wanted to create a memorable (and shareable) moment with our huge Lego Llama at the iconic Bondi Beach between the 7th and 10th of December, 2023.
We did this by working closely with Epic Games to design the perfect beachy scene to house our LEGO llama—all 234,623 bricks of him. Along with this picture-perfect moment, we had limited edition mini LEGO Llamas for visitors to make and take home.
Over the four days, we had over 15 thousand people stop by the llama and 1,527 adorable LEGO llamas were taken home. On socials, we saw over 42 thousand engagements across Twitter and Instagram.
