In partnership with the global and Australasian Ferrari teams, Bastion:
- Designed consumer experience inc. floor plans for entire area to optimise flow and space
- Engaged illustrators to render all room spaces to meet HQ requirements
- Sourced appropriate venues and worked with the selected venue to negotiate heavily discounted rates for full activation period
- Managed project plan and delivery across multiple stakeholders and suppliers
- Worked closely with Ferrari PR internal and external teams to deliver the launch of the Purosangue and Ferrari Universo activation for the first time in Australia
- Delivered two larger scale evening showcase events in addition to the daily activity
