The Brief
OAC’s Board of Directors challenged Bastion to reinvigorate their brand to encompass their achievements, offering and community support while driving traffic to their digital properties and showroom floors. Chief among KPI considerations, Bastion was asked to grow referral traffic to each of the 19 brands websites
The Approach
We kicked off our engagement with a multi-faceted discovery plan, this provided Bastion’s PR, Creative, Digital and Social teams with a holistic understanding from which to plan. Phase one was the implementation of social listening to provide a baseline of the competitive landscape including key brick & mortar and online automotive retailers, and the customers they compete for. Following this, we conducted one-on-one stakeholder interviews with all members of the clients Board. Armed with an understanding of OAC’s unique challenges and areas of opportunity, we began our integrated effort to establish and launch branding, marketing and advertising campaigns.
The Results
Within the first five months of our engagement, Bastion had created a new brand and tagline, “You’ll Find it Here!”, designed and launched a website, earned multiple impactful PR placements and grown OAC’s Instagram account from 217 followers to more than 2,300.
